A soul that roams Another World - Eva Faché

Eva came into possession of a book about Sámi mythology and symbols. The book was based on the writings of the ethnographer and historian Just Knud Qvigstad, who had collected and recorded oral traditions of fairy tales, myths, legends and symbols. This book served as a guideline for Eva's research into spiritual experience and animism.

Eva Faché's personal work is based on the curiosity to understand the world around us. She is often interested in communities and practices that are often controversial or misunderstood, such as the underprivileged in Belgium, the bullfighting community of Portugal and a New Age group in the Arctic. Her work is often accompanied by
dedication in time and attention and a sense of adventure, in which they immerse themselves
immerse yourself in these groups for weeks or months. Eva also worked as a photojournalist
for the Volkskrant in Amsterdam.
